Jennifer is a graduate of Marion High School and Ball State University. She then moved to Florida to study interior
design which led to a 12 year career in her own interior design and decorating business. She practiced design in the
U.S. as well as London, England and Melbourne, Australia. While in Melbourne she opened a successful imported hand-blown
glassware boutique, Soda Ash & Limestone, in addition to her design business.
For the past 4 years she and her husband, Stephen, have owned and operated Payne's Restaurant on I-69, Gas City. While
she and her husband raise 4 beautiful boys, Jenny has always enjoyed her hobby of designing and assembling clothing and
accessories. Recently, she turned her hobby into a business sewing handbags and accessories in her home studio under the
label "Frank & Mae". Her dream is to turn "Christmas City U.S.A." into "Best Dressed City, U.S.A."
