Natalie Smiley

Natalie Smiley has an extensive background as a professional dancer, instructor and choreographer.

A Marion native and Oak Hill graduate, Natalie, is a former student of La Danz Studio where she was instructed in jazz, tap, and ballet. She also competed in numerous competitions and was selected as a Dance Olympus “VIP” dancer at the age 13. In high school, Natalie was also a two time Universal Cheerleading Association All-Star, participating in 2 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades.

An Indiana Pacemate for 4 years (1999-2003), Natalie performed in and choreographed numerous routines for the Pacers games. She appeared in several commercials and promos for FOX Sports Net, co-hosted a segment on the Pacers Fox Sports Trivia Show, and performed in commercials for the NBA. She was featured in several articles and advertisements in Indianapolis Monthly magazine, as well as NBA Hoop magazines. During her experience with the Pacemates, Natalie also performed in music videos and appeared on the Dave Letterman Show, The Best Damn Sports Show, and performed for the troops stationed at Fort Hood, Texas.

Natalie has spent the past few years instructing hip hop classes at several studios and gyms, including CSA and providing dance teams with choreography, summer intensives, and workshops. She has been head choreographer of elite hip hop competition teams throughout Indiana and surrounding states. Although she is committed to providing the youth with the FUNdamentals of hip hop, Natalie’s newest passion is sharing the love of dance with adults, as well. Strength & Tone, Zumba, Strut and Ladies Nite In Workshops are just a few of these adult classes that she currently instructs and is offering at CSA! In addition to being an instructor, Natalie is also a member of En2Raj, an elite hip hop performance group comprised of some of the finest hip hop performers in Indiana.

Natalie resides in Westfield with her husband, Matt and their son, Eyler.
