Xavier Medina was born in Marion, Indiana, graduated from Marion High School with Academic Honors. He has danced International Standard and International Latin Ballroom for 9 Years. First started dancing in California Arthur Murray Dance Studios at the age of 11 and continued at Ft. Wayne at La Gala Studios at the age of 12. He has done showcases and expos across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois at the age 13 and has kept in training up until high school graduation. He attended classes at CSA his junior year of high school and helped teach his senior year of high school. Currently he attends Indiana University and is currently competing for his second year in Collegiate Ballroom USA Dancesport. He is majoring in Biochemistry and Criminal Justice and minoring in Dance.

He is currently pursuing his dream to go to college and also wishes to introduce the genre of ballroom to Grant County.
