I am from Marion, a graduate of Marion high School. I graduated from Herron School of Art of Indiana University-Purdue University. I have a Master’s Degree in Art Education from Saint Francis University. I taught grades 1-8 for the Mississinewa Schools for 3 ½ years. I taught at Eastbrook High School fall of 1973 to 1984. I chose to stay home with our five children until our youngest son went to school in 1996.

I have taought art as an adjunct professor at Taylor University, Ft. Wayne campus two years; art classes for Indiana Wesleyan University’s Leap Program in Ft. Wayne and Ivy Tech of Muncie until 2004.

I am currently a Junior Church teacher at Central Christian Church in Van Buren.

Art is a big part of my life and has brought me much pleasure. I am looking forward to teaching watercolor and drawing for CSA.
