Justine has been a group exercise instructor since 2002. She currently holds a certification with Aerobic
and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Yoga Fit training levels 1 & 2. She is also a group
fitness member with IDEA Health and Fitness Association.
Born in Marion, Indiana, she has lived in Grant County her entire life. She has been married for 24 years
and has three sons (David - 24, Daniel - 23 and Easton - 13). The older two have a Blues band called "The
Hiles Bros. Band" and play locally. The younger plays football, wrestles and plays in the band at RJB.
Justine has attended many different workshops, including cycle fit, pilates, yoga, step aerobics and
atheletic endurance training.
In March of this year she got to experience training in Madison, Indiana for a new program geared towards
Seniors that was funded by the State of Indiana, called Enhance Fitness.
She has taught Yoga and Aqua Aerobics classes at Whites Institute, a correctional facility. Also The
Ultimate Fitness, which is now closed.
Justine is currently teaching exercise classes at The Wellness Center, Indiana Wesleyan University, Northwood
Manor and Grant County Senior Center. She has also been asked to teach Yoga and pilates at RJ Baskett Middle
School for an academy class.
She is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. In her free time, she enjoys
running, playing volleyball and singing.
She is very excited and looking forward to working with the staff and students at CSA. She loves teaching and her
passion is to inspire individuals towards total fitness, mind, body and soul, through the discipline of exercise,
no matter what age or fitness level.
