I started playing the drums when I was twelve years old. I began playing for the high school drumline in the seventh grade and the marching band my eighth grade year. When I was a sophomore in high school at the age of fifteen I toured the summer of 2003 with the Marion Glory Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps (Marion, Ohio), ending the season as the first place world champion drumline in division three. In 2004, I marched with the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps ( Toledo, Ohio) in division 1. This year I will be teaching at Marion High School during the marching band and winter drumline season. I play in a band and actively play in many churches, musicals, for the CSA and teach private lessons.
