This is
a 6 week enrichment course designed to give kids a well rounded experience
… PARENTS and KIDS CAN NOT
pick and choose which classes they want to attend! They are
signing up for the entire experience.

ALL 12
teachers committed to this unique program, we must respect their time,
talents and curriculum and expect the kids to commit too.

Please
note: Your child will be excused for prior commitments. However, refunds
will not be issued for absences.

Even
though this ENERGY ENRICHMENT program is involved with the YMCA’s child
care program … Those that participate from 3:00 to 5:00 are there to
learn and have fun! The ENERGY ENRICHMENT part of the day is NOT a
baby sitting service. If a child acts up, it is the instructor’s
discretion to have the child sit out for a few or the entire class. If
that happens the child will be removed from participating for the day and
supervised by the YMCA’s support staff.

All
financial and registration fees will be handled by the YMCA. If you have
an outstanding account you will NOT be allowed to participate in further
ENERGY ENRICHMENT classes.

Payment can be made with Cash, Check
(payable to Grant County YMCA), or Credit card.

Required
fees are due in full prior to your child attending. Other payment options
can be made under a written agreement with YMCA director.

Please
specify any emergency contacts and any medical/special needs of the child,
at the time of registration.

Photo Policy:
By registering for a program, you give permission to take
and publish photos of your child. If you do not wish for your child to be
photographed, you must include this request in writing, along with your
registration form.

Finally,
this is for ALL KIDS!!! We hope it’s your entire
school that participates. We however, need at least 20 kids to enroll and
participate per school to make this program happen at your particular
school!!!
