Alex L. Parks Scholarship Fund
Alex L. Parks was a lover of the arts and an incredible kind donation
was made on his behalf to CSA. A portion of this donation allows
individuals, that may need financial assistance, to take classes and to
explore their artistic ability.
Our community has also been overwhelmingly supportive in giving to the
arts and it is my humble believe that it is our duty to give everyone
the opportunity regardless of race, religion or economic status that has
the willingness, desire, drive, discipline and passion to be in our
program.
The demand for scholarships this year of 2006/2007 has been so great
that we have already exceeded our budgeted funds for the year. However,
I am pleased to announce that the board of directors has agreed to
replenish the fund helping more people in need. We also would like to
thank our teachers who also give scholarships to the students of CSA.
